Helping you and your organisation cultivate a culture of mindfulness and wellness.

Courses

Alongside specific mindfulness courses for teachers, organisations individuals and groups such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Foundations in Mindfulness and Mindfulness for Teachers, I am also able to work with people to create and deliver tailored classes/workshops suitable for your context. Examples are; Introduction to Mindfulness, Mindful Communication, Mindful Movement,  Self-compassion, Mindful Living, Mindfulness for Children and yoga.

In addition to designing an individualized program, I will also provide my expertise related to the implementation and will be available for follow-up.

For schools, it is important to recognise that all reputable and accredited mindfulness teachers would advise that school teachers must have their own mindfulness practice before teaching practices to children. I can guide you through the journey of ‘being mindful’ to ‘teaching mindfulness.  Having been responsible for an entire school (teachers, students and parents)  from K-12.  Please note that if opting for any Yoga classes/sessions, the lineage of the teachings passed to me will be included in any Yoga workshops at the beginning to pay respect.
